BizNiss Management was founded with a commitment to revitalizing properties through strategic growth and exceptional management in North Carolina and Florida. Led by Andrew Nissley, a South Florida native who moved to Asheville in 2013, BizNiss Management draws on Andrew’s extensive experience across property management, sales, and hospitality.

Andrew Nissley is an experienced property manager and real estate professional with a strong background in community and asset management. Licensed in Florida and Georgia, he brings a hands-on, results-driven approach to maximizing property value and enhancing resident experiences.

After earning his Bachelor’s degree from UNC Asheville, Andrew gained hands-on experience managing diverse properties, including a marina and a 250-site RV park in Fort Lauderdale, along with three manufactured housing communities in Pennsylvania. His role extended to training managers across 40+ communities and 8,000+ units, honing his ability to turn underperforming properties into revenue-generating assets.
With a background as an Accredited Community Manager (ACM), FAA-certified drone pilot, and licensed real estate agent in Florida and Georgia, Andrew brings a blend of technical skill and a strong work ethic to every project. Alongside his business partner, he continues to expand BizNiss Management’s portfolio of rental properties and home improvement projects, ensuring a high standard of service and quality.
